Bought a 7 day unlimited pass and my son got taken into hospital 5 days through my pass. I explained the situation and asked the manager if he could extend the pass to cover for the couple of days I lost when my son went in to hospital and refused. He said that I couple have called from hospital to explain the situation during the time. I then clarified to say that it was the last thing on my mind during his hospitalisation and asked that he extend it only for the time he was in hospital to which he refused without any hesitation, Absolute shameful and wont be getting my business ever again. Absolute scum
