Amazing flowers and Danielle is such a lovely person. I had a beautiful cat floral tribute made by Danielle which was just so lovely. The effort, the detail and the care that went into creating the floral tribute was just second to none. Danielle also prepared a beautiful flower arrangement which I had ordered last minute. I absolutely recommend this amazing florist to anyone. The combination of beautiful flowers and exceptional service makes this florist stand out from others. I rang Danielle on Tuesday and ordered the tropical bird of paradise as i needed them urgently due to my husbands Nan's birthday, which was on the Sunday. she was able to tell me a price by Wednesday and show me a picture. I came in on the Saturday where she kindly arranged them for me ready for pick up. would definitely recommend as she was able to help at short notice and was a good price.
Nice flowers... Poor serviceWe had decided to use Danielle's florist as it was a local business near where we live/near where we were getting married.We had initially asked for brides bouquet , bridesmaids bouquets, button holes and table top flowers to be dropped off to 3 locations and a price was agreed. Due to then deciding to have 2 thankyou bouquets made up for our mum's and fresh flowers for our cake design it was decided that the third drop of location would have to be changed to our wedding venue (10 mins down the road). Danielle advised that this would cost us an extra 50 (on top of the costs for the additional flowers) which we though was abit much.We therefore decided to get a family member to do this delivery to save on costs.For the cake flowers it was agreed would be enough fresh white roses to create 2 rings of roses around tiers of the cake (which our bridesmaid would do on arrival to the venue) and also a "cake topper" which she would make for us. . (We showed Danielle a picture of this)On the wedding day the flowers that were delivered were of good quality however when the cake flowers were inspected it became apparent that she hadn't made the cake topper as agreed and only lose flowers were provided. This obviously caused a great stress to us. On calling the florist it was explained that only fresh flowers were to be provided and no topper was mentioned previously ( Pictures had been shown and the topper had been discussed prior).To get the topper provided Danielle then expressed that it would cost us an additional 25.(more money)The topper she provided was nothing like the one we had shown and requested of her. We therefore had to source one last minute from another florist (again at an additional cost to ourselves). To summarise the quality of the flowers Danielle provided were good. However the service we received wasn't, which in the end was what mattered to us most on our special day.Wouldn't recommend for wedding flowers for this reason.
