I used these solicitors 5 years ago to get Power of Attorney on behalf of my mum. Leonie was dealing with it and I have to say she was excellent, very efficient service and really helpful. But, last year I recommended them to my in laws to get their power of attorney sorted. What a mistake! Leonie sadly left and I can only describe what has gone on since as a complete shambles! Totally unprofessional behaviour and nearly a year down the line, they hadnt even began the process. My in laws have gone elsewhere now. I wouldnt touch them with a barge pole!!!
Lazy solicitor, rude receptionists. Solicitors don't even bother to arrange meetings to meet you to give you proper advice about your case. Absoulately dissapointing! Don't understand why they bother!

I had heard some really good reviews and some bad reviews about this company so was apprehensive about using them but as they were local and the only solicitors in Waltham Abbey I thought I would give them a try. I am glad I did, the girls there were fabulous they went over and above the call of duty to help my family move home and make it a smooth transition.
