Phoned up about a parcel I was expecting. The seller from eBay handed my parcel in for Royal Mail to pick up. When I saw the the tracking wasn't updating, I phoned the Post Office to ask if the parcel has been picked up by Royal Mail. They were not helpful at all, I couldn't understand them because they were talking too quick and not clear enough. Then all they said was "sorry we don't do that". What does that even mean? This Post Office needs more competent staff because the conversation I had with this bloke was appalling...
