If you like Chinese then this is the place to go.
Decent enough chinese food and reasonable house red. But they tried to charge twice for every starter we ordered nearly adding nearly 20 quid to the bill and when this was pointed out they only knocked off 3 quid to placate us?I gave up and just left in a huff rather than have a stand up argument in what was a rapidly filling up restaurant. Unimpressed though. Cheeky feckers. Won't go back now.
I've been using a Chinese restaurant in loughton for over 20 years, was given a recommendation to try the phoenix, best advice ever! We use Phoenix at least twice a week! Fantastic staff, fantastic food
The quality of food here is great, the premises outstanding and for the price you pay the quantity of food is amazing. Will definitely buy here again
