This is the only hospital that has been capable of handling my fathers complex care needs. The hospital director Jodie Ramcharitar is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are trained to a very high standard and this is borne out by the exceptional level of care that they provide. My father had a rocky road before he arrived at Jasmine Court with numerous "disasters", care homes who thought they could manage and when push came to shove they really couldn't. Jasmine Court is a credit to the Barchester Group and all of the staff deserve credit for the high standards that they achieve.
My dad has had a difficult time in the care system ,but now living at Jasmine court with the help of the dedicated friendly staff who all go the extra mile to ensure his stay is person centered and individual to his at times difficult behavior. Each time i visit i am welcomed by a friendly face, an update on dads health and welbeing and an offer of a drink Jasmine court have managed what others could not and given dad a calm, happy place to live. At the end of visiting dad i leave with out worry or guilt due to the excellent way dad is being looked after by the amazing staff!!!!
