What an absolute joke for a surgery, I am still in utter disbelief and shock at the service I received. What I thought would be the simplest of appointments to found myself being completely messed around for the sake of two signatures in which to get my prescriptions to find myself 3 hours later with only one prescription processed and still in limbo for the next only to be told to take a seat, not only did I end up missing work due to their incompetence and communication but I was greeted by ignorance and just plan lack of public communication skills, working in customer service myself I am in utter shock and disgust at the way the receptionists are allowed to treat patients almost making a mockery of their visit, to book an appointment is almost out of the question and to only be told to come in or call the surgery at 7.30 the following day and once you have an appointment its a guessing game from there because as much as you havent got a clue your service is just of much in a guessing game. To be avoided at all costs unless you would like to take time in the guessing games.

If you wish to to back to the the dark ages and incounter gross incompetence and utter indifference, this surgery should be closed, you will fined that no one there is prepared to take any accountability for their gross misconduct, they think nothing of giving patience the runaround, you will notice I have had to put one star, with out it I could not have posted this review

had an appointment was not amused by the way i was treated

Just had the rudest experience with the receptionist. Was only asking a simple request that I could be put on as a temporary patient to see a doctor as I travel around with my work and she told me I was naughty because I don't actually live anywhere was like she was judging me and that she didn't think they could help me (perhaps she thought I was a traveller or something). She then said I needed a letter from my doctor and when explained again that I don't have a doctors close registered to myself and staying away with work constantly she then had to go get some advice from someone who was on the phone. After waiting 10 minutes I just felt so awkward at the response of this lady and decided to just leave, who knows if it would I would of been accepted but I just couldn't stand the situation. No doubt I will be successful at another surgery here! as I am anywhere else I have worked in the UK.

I think this is a good Surgery.
