Great place to eat. Price is very good for the food. Great service
Despite the best efforts of the waitress, our experience last night at dinner was extremely disappointing. We had to wait for well over an hour for our food. The quality of the fish was from soggy batter to well over cooked. We have to think very carefully, if we going to take our future students there as we would recommend it at the moment. This pub used to be one of the best around our area in our opinion and I still hope it was a one off.
Always a pleasure to be there. Good food good staff and good atmosphere. What more would you want.
Can't fault today at all. Lovely pub with a mix of modern and traditional design.Food was really nice and prices meant it was good value too.Service can be slow something but today they were perfect (probably as it was quieter).5 star. Keep it up.
Lovely place. Had a quiet area & an area nearer the bar, which we enjoyed. Food selection was very good. Clementine Tart was very Orangey & light. Sticky Toffee pudding also light as a feather & not over sweet. Server was very attentive & nothing too much trouble. Look forward to going again.
