Nice friendly pub and decent food. The ploughmans was good but the French Onion soup was just onion soup, maybe best sticking to traditional fare. Disappointing that still using plastic straws, change to paper straws
Great place for a bite to eat when out on my delivery work. Always a warm welcome and good service.
Stopped off at 530pm on a Saturday. Greeted by the lovely staff as we walked in and taken to the table. Ordered our drinks and looked at the menu. Waitress (possibly the manager) then gave us our drinks and asked what we would like to order. I asked if the Carrot and Coriander soup was dairy free. She said she would find out. Pops back in a minute and tells me the chef can make it dairy free just for me. It turns up and is delicious. Then the fish and chips turn up. Again Gorgeous. The staff were amazing and has a great atmosphere. Really dog friendly and even brought a bowl of water for each dog that turned up.cant recommend this place enough #dairyfree
Good food, great service. Dogs are aloud throughout the all premises. Great place for a nice weekend meal with the family and friends.
Nice spot for lunch/dinner in a cosy friendly atmosphere. Dogs allowed inside & out. Lovely large outdoor area for the summer. Try it, you may or may not like it :)
